Cancellation, Withdrawal & Rescheduling Policy

Cancellation & Withdrawal Policy for Group Classes

A full refund of fees will be given only if a class is cancelled by Spanishmania. If you cancel or withdraw your registration, and do so with no less than a week's (7 days) notice, your refund will be subject to a $30 administration fee. With shorter notice or after classes have begun, no refund nor credit will be given.

If you register with Early Bird or any other Special Fees and cancel or withdraw your registration our general Cancellation & Withdrawal Policy will apply. If you wish to change your registration to a different course and request the change when the Early Bird or Special Fees are no longer in place you will be charged the difference between the fees you paid and the current valid fees applicable. Changes will only be accepted for courses in the same season of the original registration (fall, winter, spring or summer).

Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy for Private Classes

Refund of fees will only be given if a class is cancelled by Spanishmania. If you need to reschedule a class please contact Spanishmania to request the rescheduling within a minimum of 3 business days prior to the class date; you will be charged a $30 rescheduling fee. Spanishmania will accept only one rescheduling per month. No rescheduling will be granted if the request is made within 3 business days to the class scheduled date and time and you will be charged for that class.

NOTE: $30 administration charge on NSF cheques and declined credit cards.
